Information for Poster presentation

Posters

1.Poster size：120 cm* 90 cm with vertical version.

2.Poster location: Lobby outside the F1-b102 Lecture Hall, International Campus, South China University of Technology.

3.Submissions of abstracts should be in English, including the poster topic, author's name, affiliation, contact information and abstract. 

4.Please submit the poster abstract via email. The subject of the email and the file name should be named in the following format: Name - Institution - SMSE 2025 Poster Abstract. The contact emails for submitting the poster abstracts are: Huang Mingjun (huangmj25@scut.edu.cn); Satoshi Aya (satoshiaya@scut.edu.cn). 

5.The deadline for submitting poster abstracts is May 10, 2025.

6.Posting arrangement: The presenters should put up their posters by themselves at 14:00-18:00, May 16th, 2025. Tools (tapes and others) will be provided on site. All posters should be withdrawn by the presenters at 11:30-12:00 May 19th 2025.
